Sharp has a specific feel about how OTC companies should act. He has said several times that he doesn't like RS because the generally stick it to investors. I don't believe he will ever do that here. I believe if he was an advisor of a company, he would rather resign than be part of a RS there.

I'm not suggesting it would be a "screw the investors", toxic lending type of R/S.

But a light exchange may be necessary to get the share structure attractive to investors, as part of a deal.
