No not at all. They may need money for expansion or purchasing of new equipment for deals they are negotiating for all I know. It might also mean that the company will be putting out some good news soon so GHS can sell their shares into a rising pps. I believe we RENEGOTIATED the S-1 in any case to be for 16M shares, not 60.
