That’s a little far fetched imo. Clearly XREG will be the winner here no matter what the outcome with the filings, active SOS and the CEO response updates coming here. They wouldn’t destroy this ticker like that if the plan is to get the PPS up to a reasonable and possible uplist PPS. I’ve seen it happen a few times, that ticker is dead and the assets will come here if that’s even the plan. Tons of great stuff unfolding here with a most likely locked float and a crazy cheap valuation.
