Even showed them the ruling where it said they had to be available for questioning lol.
Like I said last night, I think it's just a formality like how companies post up job requisitions even though they already have someone for the job. Especially with government jobs, pretty sure every job needs to be posted publicly regardless if they have someone already slotted in for the position.
