PFE buys a 49% stake in AMRN, and then AMZN buys a 49% stake in PFE, and AMRN uses its 51% remaining shares to buy out both PFE and AMZN.
I think if I have the math right we get something like $300,000 a share based on multiple rounds of circular multiplication.
I never really understood this deal structure, but I'm pretty sure it's the one dmiller had in mind when he predicted the three-way AMRN/PFE/AMZN merger.
