Perhaps things will be different here this time, but the past history with this ticker and company is not one of truth and veracity, IMO. And, there is little if any value here with this shell. Anyone reverse merging any actual businesses and operations into this publicly traded shell would, in all likelihood, take most all of the resulting equity, and could not be expected to just gift much of anything of value to the current shareholders of this shell.
