AGP Allowed The Wrong Valuation Model. A company, like VERB, that has over 3 years of trading is NOT a f*ckin IPO! And an IPO valuation model does not take into account the value of the relationships with Salesforce, Microsoft, Facebook, Sound Concepts, Oracle, Adobe or any of the other partnerships we have. And that is the majority of the value ascribed by the market.
