I think shorting is legally allowed for Nasdaq stocks. I guess those hedge funds shorting against the $3.63 offering is always a possibility.

Going to tank. Today was probably last chance to clear your head from all the voices and get out. Probably going to get halved again tomorrow. Even if the current price should (which it isn't) we justified: Fear is in the air. I think some folks here are right. VERB is going to get shorted to annihilation levels.
But hey, nobody lost as much as Rory. Nobody. LOL.
Wonder if his friends kept buying, lol. The dear ones he goes out to dinner with.
