What they filed for court is what the judge can see and reads. So they should want to disclose evidence of every possible attempt and response.

So first its "LDSR is hiding revenue" to now its "LDSR is hiding all attempts to contact Mr. 38%"

Gimme a break that's just ridiculous. Court documents can be read by all to make their own opinions.

Where are scanned copies of returned mail?? Where is any evidence that LDSR did what they stated for contacting Mr. 38%? Did they try at all to go through embassies?

Imagine the judge reading through that and has to make a decision that would wipe out someone's 1.5b shares that are worth $5MM. They really shot themselves in the foot attaching a ludicrous $5MM valuation to those shares.
