Ferda...Other then the publicly filed legal letters that are posted. I don’t think we know how many attempts they made trying to settle this. I also think as long as the share price remains around this price while its being cleaned up. No hotshot lawyer will risk trying to dispute this legal action. Being an owner of LDSR shares for over 10 years now. I remember receiving notification when they filed bankruptcy and receiving a letter about dividing up existing assets. There were also legal actions against the previous owners. I don’t think it would be a wise decision for them to answer this law suit and try to claim stake in these shares.
