No reason to believe the board won’t own preferred shares. No guarantee but they have been self serving.

Missling owns very few shares - he is not the largest shareholder. Park West is. Until Missling exercises his options he owns very little. You need to read the fine print on the proxy.

Also, it isn't a matter of trust in management. It's competence and transparency that I question. As is usually the case Missling hasn't adequately explained the purpose of the preferreds.
