I said they know what the offers were and how.many offers there were. As in the past, not in the future. So they know what the other parties were willing to pay before. Pretty valuable information.

If they have an auction I assume it will be sealed bid. The 120 million offer included milestone payments royalties etc. So it is derisked for the buyer. If no phase 3 results, no payments no FDA approval no payments etc. If they have to pay cash, totally different what if FDA doesn't
approve? Then worthless so if all cash sale then price is much less.
