The $3.5-4 range is equal to 25 cents pre R/S price which is 50% higher than the low of 17 cents just 3 months ago in December 2018. Most longs loaded a lot at that time and should be ok since we are leaving OTC finally. A lot has changed since that time with richer management team, many more partnerships and uplist to NASDAQ finally.
