I don’t know what this means. I would imagine it means RCHA is going belly up, and is to be de-listed.
However, this document states there were “no shares were sold in connection to the offering” which I know is inaccurate.
I own RCHA in two different accounts, and my wife hold shares in her trading account as well. So “yes” there were definitely shares sold in connection to this offering. Unless this document is referencing something besides shares in the Rich Pharmaceutical Co. , this statement is incorrect.
