Her statement about “frustration” is not about the way stock is trading. We are frustrated because they lie with their dumb tweets!!
Biscardi is tweeting about merger since July last year. So far we have nothing just plenty of empty excuses.

Yup SARA is good at confirming there is no dilution during the second she states that. Yet it has increased 10 fold in 10 months.

Lol!! The CFO has lied multiple times. Ya the giant massive 86m and 92m blocks isn’t dilution, laugh out freaking loud. Is that why there has been nearly 2 BILLION in dilution since January, cause they are not diluting? Lol. They are diluting every week, next T/A update will show dilution, guaranteed. O/S has been skyrocketing every T/A update, more B.S just to sell shares. Sara is famous for telling you what you want to hear, none of which is true. An NDA? I do understand your frustration, we are under a non disclosure agreement currently and can not disclose any specifics.

There is currently no dilution taking place. Unfortunately, there are those outsiders that see the sale activity and automatically assume that dilution is the reason.

Rest assured that we are working with the merger candidate to get an agreement in place as quickly as possible.

The 10Q is being reviewed by the auditor and is expected to be filed this week.
