I do understand your frustration, we are under a non disclosure agreement currently and can not disclose any specifics.

There is currently no dilution taking place. Unfortunately, there are those outsiders that see the sale activity and automatically assume that dilution is the reason.

Rest assured that we are working with the merger candidate to get an agreement in place as quickly as possible.

The 10Q is being reviewed by the auditor and is expected to be filed this week.
