I believe they are doing what they need to do for the company at this point. I think they also stated that the harvest report would have deals and future profits outlined in it as well. Do you remember that? So if the deals are not finalized there is no final harvest report. So then they can not release what is not final yet.

The company has also said that it changed its mind and chose not to harvest all at once. That doesn't seem like a difficult concept.
