yes, the 100m higher o/s incrased the months before new Ceo + New Company + new business. 620m o/s very very small and best detail is that the 40m volume 0019/0023 not was dilution. only Accumulation or mm short selling. Big time coming

Over 100 million increase in O/S, but the 40 million was 'real accumulation'....
