Meaningless. No one is disputing whether there is a company or not. It's has no relationship as to why DBMM got suspended in the first place. Put the fraud aside, just refusing to file (as one of the reasons for suspension) is why DBMM will be revoked. Again, The SEC HAS TO revoke it in the end. The SEC won't set a dangerous precedent for future non-filers. DBMM is no exception to the rules.
