And once again, PHOT was not suspended related to any actions by the company. PHOT got caught up in an outside pump & dump scheme. They had no fault at all, and that is why the SEC backed off in full agreement.

DBMM, on the other hand, committed fraud and refused to file mandatory reports. <--- That alone is verification of why DBMM has one end result: REVOKED!!! SEC HAS TO revoke it. It's mandatory.


PS, No functions of the company have any relevance on the reason for suspension. They could generate a trillion dollars and it is completely irrelevant. Nice DD, but it serves no purpose, in this pending revocation situation, whatsoever. <--- Just the way it is !!!
