No, that was the price when the symbol was created. It's been on my watch list for a few days.

The VERBW is the symbol for the warrants.
VERB@ $11.65 is the price before the change to VRRB.
VRRB @ $13.00 is today's pps.

That is not the way an offering is done. I know many including myself are growing impatient, but the brokers cannot know an offering price before the final S1 is presented to the SEC and approved. Which of the three prices are you thinking is the offering. LOL
