I believe China is waiting on the Mueller report to see where Pres Trump stands! If the Chinese believe he has a strong possibility of not being re-elected I think the Chinese may try to wait him out and no trade agreement will be signed! Will the Chinese companies sign or are we about to start more trials and arbitration hearings ! HOW LONG WILL THAT TAKE? JMO
