IF IF IF everything/one returns to it's/their original positions % wise, there would not have been any CIC, would there?.

So if all of the disputed shares get issued and an additional 50 mill gets issued and Prefferds get their positions back as well, please explain where there would have been an ownership change or CIC.

Seems to me that the overall share structure would have been in fact maintained and there would NOT have been a CIC
