there's still the question of what happens on the day of uplisting and/or merger complete - plus the day AFTER..does the sponsoring mm petition for a price to finra for way way higher based on pending financing and value of merging company etc...?
and then if that does happen that next am, and it gaps up to a predetermined high price - does he absorb any of the flipper shares and soak it up and then just grind higher..?
so many questions...gonna be fun to see it play out..
