Stick a fork in MMEX it is overdone. Jack has been using MMEX as his ATM machine for years. If the Permian Basin needed an Oil Refinery the Big Boys would have built one.
But yet Jack and MMEX are going to be the first in the USA to build a New Refinery in ovee 43 years.

Every single ridiculous MMEX update has been met with rapid share price decline. If MMEX is silly enough to put out another one after the disaster of a 10Q release then expect EXACTLY the same share price drop to continue. Actually worse since you can rely on MMEX to miss it's MARCH 31st deadline as it has missed every single self claimed deadline to date. We can expect MMEX to put out another 2 or three months for financing delayed YET AGAIN and then more multiple toxic financing to follow. MMEX doesn't have BILLIONS in AS shares set up for nothing, they will ALL get used soon enough.
This may be the most predictable penny stock in the OTC. How anyone can fall for it is hard to believe. Mostly only third party promoters are left and the almost all of the ZANY RICK followers have long figured it out.
I don't know, but there are some BIG companies out there who plan to spend BIG money in the same area over the next few years. Lots of good articles out there regarding this. IMO
