yeah, that's true. In general though the Nasdaq should be far more accurate in predicting the true value here. Hopefully for longs it works out as they expect.

when facebook ipo'd at around 14-15 dollars, I think, it went down into the mid 6's

Facebook IPO’ed at $38/share in 2012 and got as low as 17.45 that year before turning higher and the rest is history...
