I believe the answer to your confusion is compartmentalization. As I see it, Sonny has strategic partners for development of the hip/knee/dental arenas but they do not have commercialization partner as of yet...something which Sonny hopes to secure this year. However, nowhere does it indicate their development partners cant also become commercialization partners.
