We will be reliant on our strategic partners to develop and commercialize a total hip or knee joint replacement product candidate that utilizes silicon nitride-coated components, although we have not yet entered into an agreement with any strategic partner to develop products with these silicon nitride-coated components and may be unable to do so on agreeable terms

Well they are also mentioning dental here so segway into the next quote:

SO are they seeking a partner to develop or have entered a development agreement but still seeking a partner?? explain it to me like Im 12 Sonny..This is a great example of the confusion.
