There are different types of Investors ... The Buy and Hold investors definitely have control of the stock right now ... SHMP is not moving in either direction a lot, so SHMP is of much less interest to those short term traders. And it is the same with the MM's

There are a whole lot of other stocks on the OTC that are more volatile right now ...

IMHO - Shermann
