Just seems like it would be better to invest time and money into a more permanent location. Building brand awareness and targeting a market is business 101. Setting up shop knowing you will have to relocate is a waste of time if you are just starting out.
"If you build it they will come" tear it down and rebuild elsewhere is time and money out the door rebuilding your local client base imho.
Maybe, I will call the developer tomorrow to see when the project eta is.
