That is pure poppycock. If I had a nickel for all the OTC companies that stated that they plan to uplist to a higher market exchange, I'd be rich. LOL!!

So, Kisa is "reviewing requirements for listing on an exchange", but he has no plans to do so? Seems like a waste of time to review something you are not going to do. LOL!!
