Yeah others do that know that they aren’t going anywhere or uplisting.... this is by the book no bs I know it’s hard to understand in otc land.

Don't omit the best part of Kisa's confident declaration! lol :

"...there can be no guarantee that our common stock will qualify for any stock exchange listing at any time in the foreseeable future.”

He said, "we do not currently qualify for any listing on any U.S.-based stock exchange".
Not currently qualifying does not mean he has no plans to do so.
