No dilution here yet, as company can't dilute once deliquent with filings.........CEO already said through 8k/sec filing, what will look QSIM future.....debt free....acquisition/s....INCREASE SHAREHOLDERS VALUE....no tweet..no rumor...but via SEC/8K FILINGS...most traders like this way of communication....through filings....
