There is no way a 12 bid would find someone to sell to them. The only way that happens is if someone places an order to sell there shares at .12 to purposely have the pps drop. This is just plain manipulation and it should be illegal. It isn't, because if you own your shares, nothing says you can't sell them below market price if you want to. A reputable broker would stop you from doing so. JMO
