It was 1.8% of the Settlement Amount and the Company lost $10,000 - $15,000

It's such a non issue and a minute thing that there is no reason to turn into something else

This sounds exactly like something CONSULTANT CEO Seth Shaw might say!

1. Groestlcoin was nothing more than pure high risk speculation, using unsuspecting shareholders' funds. And, as warned at the time, the high risk speculation resulted in a 35-40% loss for the TAUG investors!

2. It was 1.8% of the Settlement, but nearly 4% of TAUG's available funds when the high risk speculation occurred. BTW...the total amount thrown at GRS was $43,000.

3. And using terms like "non-issue", "minute thing", and "WHO CARES", typify CONSULTANT CEO Seth Shaw's low regard for his TAUG investors!

The comments bring back memories of other times CONSULTANT CEO Seth Shaw "did not care"! How about the Pilus Energy shareholder bludgeoning that cost the TAUG shareholders over $2mm or the GNIN shareholder bludgeoning that cost the TAUG investors over $300,000, etc., etc., etc.!

All of these total failures have one thing in common! Shaw did not do any DD, BUT "WHO CARES?" Shaw delivered such luminaries as Bruce Harmon, Joshua Kimmel, Stella Sung, ICE+JAM, and Jason Barkeloo to the TAUG shareholders, BUT "WHO CARES?"

How many of the completely boneheaded unresearched initiatives have ever been CONSULTANT CEO Seth Shaw's responsibility? According to Shaw, "NONE!" Hell no...it has always been someone else's fault or its labelled "WHO CARES"?

All of this defines one of CONSULTANT CEO Seth Shaw's very serious character flaws! Personal "accountability" is not a part of Shaw's DNA!

CONSULTANT CEO SETH SHAW WILL NEVER EVER "MAN UP", ACCEPTING RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS FAILURES! IT IS ALWAYS SOMEONE ELSE'S FAULT! SHAW WILL NEVER EVER "MAN UP" AND BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR HIS FAILURES, BUT "WHO CARES"? EGO-CENTRIC FOLKS, LIKE SHAW, WHO WILL NOT TAKE OWNERSHIP OF PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY, SHOULD NOT BE OVERSEEING SHAREHOLDER-OWNED PUBLIC CORPORATIONS, BUT "WHO CARES"?
