Trouble is you have to wait 3 days (in an IRA without margin) for the trade to settle, making timing/re-entry difficult.

BIO....I agree...but you would have to sell well ahead of options expiration date and then buy back afterwards...the principle is...whether you are buying or selling you should always be aware of the options.
