Umibe, show me one trial where the PFS failed but the OS passed with huge efficacy like that of blended one we saw in DCVaxL. OS is the Gold Standard. PFS endpoint is designed for the chemo trials to show shrinkage in tumor size as an efficacy measure whereas the entire world is now saying it doesn't work in immunotherapy. The blended PFS numbers we got needs Adjudication because the numbers must have been accumulated based on the old chemo standard. Further like AVII says it is only PFS not mPFS neither mOS are our agreed endpoints. You never attempted tom answer sukus question how comes blended OS numbers twice exceeds SOC OS numbers.
