And an actual judges opinion is all that matters. What u think about the case is not fact. Your decision on the case is not fact. So saying somethings not possible because u wouldn't be able to get away with it or you don't think someone could get away with it , is false. Your thoughts on the case and the judges thouhts on the case are 2 separate thoughts.
