Even more so with quantitative reason, I believe the algorithm would select as broad stocks as possible with the best value as possible. In my opinion, NWBO is considered one of those stocks that would meet the criteria employed by value investing or bottom fishing investing. So I doubt that quantitative algorithm would overlook NWBO. They love cheap stocks. That is why they can be billionaires.
