No they won’t. Oregon has flat out said they did it wrong, distributed too many licenses. That is why they are trying to get it to where they can export out of Oregon. or interstate trafficking. Oregon did have over a million lb surplus. It is being dealt with. Don’t worry, Oregon will see inflation on prices, they just did it wrong the first time.
