We know how our drug works. But, we are missing the vital link: the root cause of the disease(s). It is cell destruction ultimately, yet, A2-73 cannot stop “poison” as in a deadly poison ingestion. (Which will kill cells in a different way)
Here’s how I would begin to answer your question: if we know for certain that water can put out a fire (and we know how!), that does not help in the case of an electrical fire (God help you!).
We know that our drug works to restore cellular homeostasis (via the S1r, by preventing “damaged” cells from accumulating because the mechanism for “eating” these cells and ridding the body of them has been established. Great link!)
Now, we must determine what causes cells to damage in the first place. Determining if you have a wood fire, an electrical fire, a chemical fire, is the only way to finally link what will work for which indications and what won’t.
No, we will not cure everything. But, it will be more than CNS diseases. (I’ll post further DD on some surprises.)
The drug may allow for perpetual youth if taken prophylactically, although I don’t have evidence pointing to that claim. Would be nice and may be possible - I can’t verify with evidence.
What I can offer you is something even more intriguing: root causes of many non-CNS diseases which are caused by autophagy and which we might indeed repair.
And, the cherry on top: the unique properties of the S1r are such that agonism of this receptor at a young age can produce prodigies and geniuses. (Someone will have to assist me in posting videos.)
Also, they are all ambidextrous owning to a unique translocation property whereby the S1r moves to the area of the brain which is weakest (even if you are quite healthy). (That’s how it amazingly it works to reestablish skills after strokes - they switch to side of the brain affected and “balance” both hemispheres.)
There is much more. Answers are being found in the least looked for places. I will post a follow up to the progesterone theory post to update you on what we are sitting on. You will be astounded.
Yes, and we have an excellent chance of treating AD, PD, Rett, the autism spectrum, MS, ALS, cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, neuropathic pain, the dementia spectrum, and others, even after they have developed.
But, once the root cause of the autophagy has been determined, won’t we rather find ways to prevent this from occurring than treat what has developed? (Install sprinkler systems rather than dispatch the trucks to the smoldering or flaming blaze? Or build things out of fireproof material?)
We will not need to treat what can be prevented, not by our drug but by avoiding the stimulus/stimuli which causes it. (If strawberries cause a rash - don’t eat strawberries. Never will a need to treat with Benadryl arise.)
Learning how not to get Alzheimer’s and the rest (excepting genetic from birth) will be the future.
Still need to find the causes of all cellular damage (fires) there are many - am busy working on that. It’s exciting, rewarding, and astounding research.
