This company badly needs an activist investor to take over and kick the CEO to the curve! Inventors/ owners usual don't make the best CEOs, they can get the business up and running, but they can't take it to the next level, and right now we need that next level CEO!

Hey Steve43 I’ve been wondering if there is any possible way for investors to perform some kind of real intervention on the company and CEO. While true not every investor in the company is on the BNN or IHub message board I’ll bet the investors that do reside here control a goodly number of shares. Do we have no rights other than either sell of frustratingly sit tight?
Is the ownership structure so that the investor group has no collective say - no way to air our concerns or prompt either dialogue or change within BioElectronics?
Just my own thoughts and opinions
