Yeah -- if no one with the RECAP browser extension hasn't looked recently and the court isn't one with an RSS feed then it will not have the newest docket entries. Of course look now and after I paid the 10 cents to PACER it has everything. Biggest use of CourtListener is having many documents freely available.

Yes, I suppose that's going to be expected as they seem to get much of the data from you or I if we have their app installed.
They don't appear to do any vetting of their own or research.
And of course it does list pacer items at pacer fees or you're paying court listener a fee. Just biz.

Two cases I just checked weren't even close to being current.
Perhaps having the docket number goes further.
