#216602 RE: User-65225 #216599

(reposts) There is not even ONE other company in this sector that is HALF of what Snakes is... None are even CLOSE

How many publishers have game cafes? Which is a MASSIVE marketing advantage
How many game cafes are also a SUCCESSFUL distributor? Which reduces their cost to expand. A game wall is not cheap!
How many game cafes have a liquor license?
How many places with games have gurus there to help you get started on a title?
How many publishers have access to thousands of gamers for free playtesting and reviews, anytime they want?
How many game cafes can seat 250 people and pack the place with an $8 cover?
How many publishers have the ability to directly market to thousands of TARGETED CUSTOMERS on a DAILY basis?
How many game cafes have worldwide recognition, by pretty much all of the big names in the sector?
How many game cafes are also a retail store for games, which is a rapidly growing/red hot sector?
How many games cafes have more than one location (a brand)? Most are mom and pop operations and not the COMPLETE package, like Snakes.

.... and how many game cafes, game distributors and/or publishers are a PUBLIC company, allowing them to accelerate expansion as the company/equity grows in value?.. which also makes AMFE more attractive for M&A activity

Id say none of the competition even has half of these aspects... How is this not unique?
_______________
Not even 1% of the board game cafe market is penetrated... and Snakes has their hand in every aspect of the sector. More cafes just creates more people getting interested in gaming, which means there’s a bigger pool of money to collect from.

None of these places are like Snakes. Some forget that we are also a retail store and places like Toys R Us are going bankrupt.... in other words, the board game sector is exploding and there’s less places to go look at new games. The big box stores don’t carry the selection that Snakes has

Snakes is involved in mass distribution, fulfillment, publishing, retail sales (online/physical) and marketing, on top of the game cafes.... but all we need is publishing to do well for this to become a billion+ company. Look at the game publishing company that recently sold for $1+ billion

No need to overthink it. The potential in front of Snakes is massive and there’s nobody that’s capable of coming in and dominating it... Snakes only needs a tiny piece of the pie to make this a multibillion dollar company on the NASDAQ. There is no competition to fear. Not a single competitor is anywhere close to being in Snakes position. None... We could open next door to any game cafe and fill every seat. Most of these Cafes hold less than 100 people and some of the cities have tens of thousands of active gamers, not including the friends and family they drag along to play with them.

It’s naive to assume that just because a city has one location, there’s no room for several other board game cafe’s... Everybody eats/drinks and we like to be entertained. These are some of the biggest sectors in the world

_____________
Anything is possible. Snakes is already looking into purchasing the largest game distributor in Canada... and im sure they are looking at USA companies as well.

The great thing is, Snakes is a powerful partner. The owner of an established distributor(s) will no doubt find Snakes a sexy company to get in bed with. Snakes gives them far more growth potential than a distributor can EVER achieve on their own... These types of acquisitions are the best kind, because they are synergistic across the entire brand.

IMO we will see 9 figure revenues faster than many here might think. Its often easier to grow from $10m to $100m, than it is growing from nothing to $10m... because once you have grown to $10 million, you obviously have proven that your concept is working. Its just a matter of investing and putting the plan to work in larger markets... The Economies of Scale will also increase margins/profitability

This is why i view AMFE as being super cheap at 2-3X revenues. They are making $XX,XXX,XXX in a market 1/10 the size of the USA and the complete business plan (publishing, franchising, etc) has not even started adding to the numbers yet. If they replicate this in the USA, 9 figure revenues are coming = Billion+ market cap potential.

... and those that see these things EARLY, make the most $$$ in the market.

____________

AMFE can be compared to ANY popular food/entertainment chain. THEY ALL started small... some of them had tens of millions in debt and close to BK. Far worst than AMFE and now they are worth billions

AMFE is in a HEALTHIER position than most chains at this stage, because they dont just sell food, alcohol, etc. They ALSO collect $8 per person just for taking a seat and they pack these large places, often... and each location is also a retail store... and they have a significant distribution segment that not only makes them money when they sell games via the biggest retailers, they also sell the game themselves at FULL retail markup online and in each location.

... and thats for OTHER peoples games.. when they start selling their own titles, the NET profits are going to spike into the millions imo, fast.

Snakes concept is UNIQUE. There is no other gaming/food/entertainment company in Snakes unique position.
____________

(repost) As Ben has said (and i agree), any way the sector grows is good for Snakes... More game cafes just means more people are getting involved in the gaming sector and Snakes is a first class conduit for many of these games moving around... not even 1% of the potential Game Cafe market is penetrated

In other words, Snakes is going to be a big player in this rapid growth sector. So the bigger the sector gets, the higher their ceiling

NONE of Snakes competitors are involved in cafes/restaurants, publishing, mass retail distribution (EXCLUSIVE deals), marketing and physical/online retail. Snakes covers ALL the bases

... while places like Toys R Us are closing up shop.
