Not dumb at all. This is OTC and it's not a bad idea to take little profits here and there. It depends on how many shares one has in their portfolio. I would do the same if I had a lot of shares to unpack.

Remember, an investment is not 100% guarantee. It's all about risks. Actually, it would be dumb to not take little profits in OTC. Just my opinion.
