Wow! With all due respect '43, if it has come to this kind of desperate grasping for a lifeline by the shareholder, then maybe it's all over! JMHO!! Ya know, what you are proposing is that the shareholders should do in support of the company, that which the management of BIEL won't for the company. Really Troubling And Sad!
