The lease is set to expire and Battle Mountain Genetics may not be able to renew it due to their status as I previously posted. Also I recall that VBF changed to a profit corporation when the law changed. So did they have to renew the contract?
Then again there are more questions than answers as Battle Mountain may not even exist?
3. Initial Term.
