I don’t think Shadel would be dumping his own shares... that said, removing the gag order on the TA so it can be unbiasedly confirmed or updating shareholders on OS could appease a lot of these accusations. Not like it costs Shadel anything nor should he care if he isn’t doing anything shady.
I assume today was just a routine round on the promo circuit.
