Any and all MBS/ABS that were held per their own rules concerning bankruptcy should now be released. If we had the schedule for dividends for MBS/ABS trusts, we would know when the first dollars would appear in our accounts? Tranche 5 should have noting to do with Trust releases if outside bankruptcy.

The first one should be a big one - all back dividends.

AZ, Our financial recovery will come from other sources ... Can this happen now without the closure of the BK or does have to happen after the closure of the BK. I thought once tranche 4 was done, things can start rolling....
