Speaking of shares, the float is insane with only 68 million shares. I suspect the new company coming in has revenues, as they have multiple companies in business for a couple of years. Products are both CBD and non CBD substitutes, which are hot right now. When fins are released with revenues, this goes nuclear with that SS.
